Characteristics

Because WETLAB is training using actual living matter, the unique feeling that the target tissue has can be sensed, and a highly realistic training that closely resembles a clinical setting may be achieved. After carrying out repetitive training of basic skills with DRYLAB, adding finishing touches with WETLAB will enable the surgeon to intuitively confirm the responses from the biological tissue based on the skills cultivated from DRYLAB.

From the founding of the company, we have engaged in the development both of DRYLAB and WETLAB organ models※1. We presently receive on-site feedback daily and are continuing to make improvements. In addition, we have enhanced product lineup so as to meet on-site demands. In addition to the organs discussed herein, we are ready to make developments based on the needs of doctors. ※1　From an ethical viewpoint, in WETLAB organ processing, we use parts of cows and pigs that have been processed for meat and do not slaughter any animals solely for training purposes. Please note that we use a part of animal meat for training.
